Casa Enrique

It took us about 6 months to finally be able to go to the Michelin star restaurant Casa Enrique in Long Island City.  We made the reservation about a month in advance and were so delighted to finally be able to go. Everything was really delicious but there were a couple of items that were really really amazing that everyone should go there just to try.

The Ceviche. Igor’s mom is a ceviche expert and she was blown away. Im not big on ceviche, but this was fresh and so so good.

Passion-fruit margaritas. Last night was s celebration, so yes we had some drinks. The passion fruit margarita with the salt and chili flake rim was unbelievable (we all ended up having 2 -3 … )



The sponge cake. Oh my god. So good. No need to say anything else aside from caramel and whipped cream.




Cant wait to go back and try the enchiladas!
