
28 Jan Mom’s Chicken
My moms chicken from last night was so good, I thought I would share the recipe!
Buy regular chicken thighs and wing with bone and skin
Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees.
Wash and cover with salt and pepper and place in a baking sheet pan
Take slices of garlic glove (5 cloves) and stick it between the skin and the chicken
Put the whole thing in the oven until the skin is all brown and crispy (about 30 minutes)
Zest lemon of 2 lemons and squeeze lemon juice on chicken
Add a tablespoon of dried oregano
Toss in a handful some pitted green olives to taste 🙂
reduce heat for another half hour and Voila!
